# Goods sold are not
refundable or exchangeable. Do not accept opened bottles returned for any reasons.# Seller will not be responsible for the loss or damage during the delivery. Unless its return back to us. 
Delivery takes 2 - 5 working days depends the code of ur location.

# Once bottle opened supplier won't accept complaint and supplier don't do replacement once customer had open the bottle. (So make sure agents n customers check the condition of the lens before open the bottle) 

# No reservation.
First come first basic

We will not responsible of any problem of your eyes
# No guarantee that your eyes are suitable for those lenses. Only guarantee on the authenticity of the lenses.

# All ready stock. Lens will be posted by the next day once payment has been made. Do not accept urgent order.

To those customers who need their lens urgently, please purchase 3 – 4 days earlier. If not there are chance of getting pos office’s delay, human error and other issues. To prevent this, kindly purchase earlier. Please don’t urge me, I can’t do anything.

# All the manufacturer have implemented and receive quality assurance standard and have international license such as ISO, CE, KGMP . All lens are safe lens, comfortable, ease of handling, fitting and no side effect.

# We will not responsible if any LOST or DAMAGE

1. Firstly, You have to check the out of stock table from my blog.

2. If got stock then you has only received order and payment.

3. If out of stock, then ask customer change to other similar lens.

4. After make sure customer payment and order, then you can transfer money to me, and email me customer name, phone, address, and order list.

5. The bank transaction history u must copy to me. ( If pay via machine deposit pls provide me reference number, location u deposited the money, time & date and amount of payment)

6. After i confirm your transaction, the order will be sent by the next day.(except saturday n sunday) tracking number will be updated on my blog within 24 - 48 hours.

7. If the lens out of stock at the lens the last minute, u are allowed to replace with other lens or refund.. but for special case u re not allowed to do refund but can only replace with other lens...

  
All agents n customers must check stock with us before proceed with the payment .. but if u transfer the payment before u check the stock with us and ask for refund, RM1 PENALTY will be charge to u as transaction charges within same Bank (CIMB TO CIMB)/ RM2 to different bank (MAYBANK TO CIMB)...
